Natural Dream Living sagl (NDL)
Develops, manufactures and distributes high quality ayurvedic and other natural products.
We work with family-owned businesses and generations of many years of experience in the genuine and natural industry. income is fair for all. From the farmer to the producer to the retailer, a fair income for all is guaranteed by ensuring that you, the customer, get the right price for the best quality.
Delivery times
Delivery times given are an estimate and only approximate and not binding on us. Delivery is usually within two to three days.
You can pick up our products by appointment by clicking on the "Pickup" box at: Via Lugia 44, 6914 Carona-Lugano /Switzerland, parking available.
We will inform you in advance by e-mail or phone that the goods are ready
for pickup.
Delivery Terms.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout for A-Priority or B-Economy parcels based on your selection. Natural Dream Living is responsible for the resulting shipping costs.
We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding vacations and company vacations announced in advance. If, exceptionally, a product is not ready for shipment within 24 hours, you will be notified by e-mail. If you do not accept the package, sent by us Natural Dream Living may sell the goods to a third party after the 2 week period has expired and make the original buyer liable for any loss that may have occurred, or on the fulfillment of the contract insist.
International Shipments
Our products and transportation services are tax free. Your invoice will be issued exclusive of Swiss VAT. However, you will have to pay your country's duties and taxes to the courier who will deliver your order.
Customs information
Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches the destination country. The customer is required to pay any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns
Please note that we cannot take back products for hygienic reasons. If events occur that make delivery very difficult or impossible, such as strikes, unforeseen closures, official orders, or the like, for which at Natural Dream Living make delivery much more difficult or impossible, NDL will not be responsible for delays, even in the case of bindingly agreed deadlines and dates.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is not provided for by Swiss law. Minimum orders must be at least 35.-- for logistical reasons, the minimum order amount will be indicated at the time of your payment.
Products
In the Natural Dream Living online store, it may happen that products are not in stock, are out of stock, or are not available for a limited period of time as they are niche products, freshly prepared and sometimes customized.
Any defects will be covered by the warranty regulations provided by law.
IMPORTANT
It`s important to consult your doctor in case of known intolerances or possible interactions with other products you are taking, as well as having a greater benefit in being followed in both the medical and holistic Ayurveda fields.
